No. In fact, you might even save money with us! All of our commission plans include the cost of legal services for your transaction*, and some commission plans even cover staging* and home inspection costs!

All clients have the option to retain our sister law firm Li Cheng Real Estate and Business Law to complete their legal closings.

Li Cheng Real Estate and Business Law is a specialized law firm focusing on everything real estate.  The firm’s expertise include residential and commercial real estate transactions, land development, and mortgage lending (institutional and private).

All clients also have the option to retain their own lawyers to complete their legal closings. Because your agreement of purchase and sale will be crafted with legal expertise, your closings should be as smooth as possible with any lawyer. Remember, Synergy Services will also cover your legal closing fees* in all of our commission plans!

Not the same! Typically, the real estate agent is still the person creating the most important document, being the agreement of purchase and sale, or “offer” as commonly known. In most circumstances, ordinary real estate agents lack the legal expertise to make the agreement as “bullet proof” as they can be.  With Synergy Services, your transaction will be looked after by someone with legal expertise from step 1.
